本機(jī)主要電氣元件采用日本三菱的PLC、變頻器及接近開(kāi)關(guān)，德國(guó)西門子的模擬輸出量及韓國(guó)的電磁閥，由公司的電器工程師設(shè)計(jì)成合理的配置形式，整個(gè)生產(chǎn)速度可以按照要求在觸屏上自行設(shè)定，所有常見(jiàn)故障自動(dòng)報(bào)警，并給出相應(yīng)故障原因位置，根據(jù)故障的嚴(yán)重程度，PLC自動(dòng)判斷主機(jī)是否可以繼續(xù)運(yùn)行還是停機(jī)。

適用于灌裝各類醬料（如番茄醬、辣椒醬、水果醬）等粘稠物料、高濃度及含果肉或顆粒飲料，甚至純液體的定量灌裝。

The sealed can will be sent to the can discharging conveyor belt under the action the can discharging dialing wheel.

The main electric components of the machine include PLC，frequency converter and proximity switch of Japan Mitsubishi，analog output module of Germany and solenoid valve of South Korea，all of which are designed into the most reasonable configuration by our experienced electric engineers. The overall production speed can be set freely on the touch screen according to requirements. All common malfunctions will send out alarms automatically and malfunction causes and positions will be given correspondingly. According to different malfunction levels，the PLC will automatically determine if the operation shall continue the machine shall be stopped.

It is suitable for filling of various sauces(such as ketchup，pepper sauce，fruit jam)，viscous materials and beverages of high strength or containing pulps or granules，and even rationed filling of pure liquids.
